If you’re looking to cancel a warranty, protection plan, or related product purchased with your vehicle, you’re in the right place. This page provides the cancellation forms for commonly used providers, along with guidance on how to submit your request and what documentation may be required.

Helpful Reminders
- For extended service contract cancellations, please include an odometer reading or a Buyer’s Order showing the vehicle mileage at the time of trade.
- For Lease Match, VSC, Maintenance, Tire & Wheel, and Dent & Ding cancellations, proof of current vehicle mileage is required.
- Mileage is not required for GAP or Key Warranty cancellations.
- For all other products, please include proof of loan payoff or proof of trade.

Refunds & Processing
If your vehicle loan is still active, any applicable refund must be sent directly to the lienholder.
Once all required information is received, please allow 6–8 weeks for processing.
